Workshops

A workshop may be arranged for 1-2 hours depending on presenters’ preference.
On the first of the meeting, presenting authors MUST contact ISPW staff for the workshop preparation.
All presenters should arrive at their sessions 15 minutes before the times specified in the ISPW Program. Then complete all activities within the time slots.

Oral Presentations

An oral presentation will last 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes for questions.
Authors should prepare 6-12 slides of the PowerPoint and save in a USB stick (flash pen).
On the first of the meeting, presenting authors MUST bring their PowerPoints on the USB stick to be uploaded onto the ISPW computer system. Please contact our staff to help with this installation.
All presenters should arrive at their sessions 15 minutes before the times stated in the ISPW Program to prepare for their presentations.
There is a prize for the oral presentations.

Poster Presentations

All posters will be displayed on specific dates and times as specified in the ISPW Program.
A poster MUST be A0 size (maximum: 85 cm width x 120 cm height) with portrait orientation. Lettering should be legible at 1-2 meters. Oversize posters will not be accepted for display.
All presenters should arrive at the venue as scheduled and stick posters to the boards using adhesive tapes provided by ISPW staff.
Poster presenters will be timetabled to stand by their posters to discuss the research with delegates.
There is also a prize for the poster presentations.

The best oral, poster and novice researcher presentations will be awarded.

Publications

Proceedings of the 17th ISPW, including abstracts of plenary lectures, workshops & symposiums, oral and poster presentations, will be published online in Social and Administrative Pharmacy (RSAP) as well through a hard copy distributed to all delegates.

Abstracts will only be published after confirmation of conference registration by the presenting author.
